Keeping Emma's Vision Alive:

The Prusch Farm Park Foundation's mission is to help keep Emma Prusch's vision of creating and maintaining a rural country atmosphere alive  in the city of San Jose, CA.

We do this as directed in the gift deed; to  act as a liaison between the City staff and park users. In accordance to the 1979 Master Plan; we solicit and receive gifts, grants and donations of funds and properties for the support of Emma Prusch Regional Park.

We believe in promoting and demonstrating historic, contemporary and cultural relevant agricultural practices.

Since the first Saturday in October 1993, the Foundation has hosted an annual Harvest Fair.  We did not host a 2015 event because of Vive Calle.  We are excited to announce that our annual event is back and will be called the  PRUSCH FARM MOUNTAIN MUSIC FESTIVAL.

SAVE THE DATE:  Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 10 until 5.  Live mountain music, dancing with professional callers, Pumpkin Patch, Hay Wagon Rides, Apple Juice Tasting, Plant Sales, Tours of Park and dozens of environmental and educational vendors will be on hand for this one day event.  4H will also have a large display from many of the local clubs.  Admission and parking are free.  Pack a lunch or enjoy food from Texas Snoballs, Carmen's Taqueria or several other local vendors..

Confirmed entertainment includes SideSaddle & Co., Bean Creek, Banjo Twins and Radio Rail.
We are currently looking for new participants, so if you or your organization would like more information, please give us a call.  Registration applications will be available on line soon.
